In the arrival hall at the International Airport there
is a tourist counter. Most of the State governments have
information centres in Delhi about their states. Stay
away from so called "Tourist Information Centres" which
are near New Delhi Railway Stations, as they are not tourist
offices, but tourist agents out to fleece unsuspecting
visitors. The Government of India Tourist Office is open
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturday from
9 am to 2 pm.
